Through The Primal Mindset, free outdoor workouts, community-driven challenges, and hard-hitting keynote speeches, we inspire men to reclaim their health—both mentally and physically. What started as one man's transformation from a 300lb depressed alcoholic to a sober, driven leader has become a brotherhood of men choosing to rise above their struggles.

At my worst I was a 300lb depressed alcoholic suffering from severe anxiety attacks on a daily basis. I struggled to understand my 'WHY', and absolutely hated the man I had become. I wanted to throw in the towel many times throughout my life, but my primal instincts kicked in and gave me renewed strength and energy.
Like many men I came to the point in my life of settling for misery, or refusing to settle in life. I chose the latter. I kept fighting and persevered in my battles and stand before you a sober mental health warrior 100lbs down & never going back!
I'm grateful every day I chose to dig deeper, trust my instincts, and GO PRIMAL!
GO PRIMAL is the result of my inner battles and a way to give back to others experiencing their own struggles and are ready to get up off the couch and into an active and healthy lifestyle!
My goal is to inspire, motivate, and remind people to find their courage within and change their life for the better! If I can do it, I know you can too.
