Once a depressed alcoholic battling severe daily anxiety attacks, he transformed his life—losing 100 pounds, reclaiming his confidence, and becoming a sober mental health advocate. Now, as the founder of Go Primal Lifestyle and host of The Primal Mindset podcast, he challenges men & women to break free from mediocrity and step into their full potential.

Through his high-energy keynotes, Chris delivers raw, no-BS strategies rooted in the Go Primal philosophy—Mindset, Nutrition, and Fitness. He doesn’t just speak about transformation—he’s lived it.
